Ever Thought of Yourself as a Leader?
Want to know how you can contribute to IWCF and have fun doing it?
Gallup’s StrengthsFinder® 2.0 will help you find answers to those questions, gain insight into yourself and help IWCF identify potential leaders.
Achieving these benefits and more starts with the 177-question online StrengthsFinder® 2.0 assessment. In less than 30 minutes, you will receive:
- A measure of your natural talents within 34 themes
- A list of your top 5 strengths
- A life-changing lens for self-awareness
- A language to more accurately describe what you do best
- Action items and in-depth information to use as you set out to accomplish your goals
People who know and use their strengths every day are more likely to experience positive emotions (energetic, well-rested, happy, respected) and less likely to experience negative ones (stress, worry, anger, sadness).
On Wednesday, September 6, IWCF will be hosting our StrengthsFinder® 2.0 workshop from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., in the BSU Alumni & Friends Center Ballroom.
Please take the test, then respond to the Sept. 6 workshop invitation (even if you cannot attend), listing your top 5 strengths with your RSVP. If you are able to attend, bring your Signature Themes Report, Strengths Insight Guide and Strengths Insight and Action Planning Guide with you to the workshop.
If you have any questions, please contact the Leadership Development Committee chair, Laura Simic, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Deadline for members to take StrengthsFinder® 2.0 assessment and submit “Top Five” is Aug. 5.
